It is Murno’s largest work to date, with more than 50.000 slender stems crowned with radiant frosted-glass spheres. Located in the most iconic place of Australia.
The sizes of this unique piece of art are just unbelievable, the all installation covers an area as big as seven football fields. At night, as darkness falls and Uluru is thrown into silhouette, Field of Light illuminates, giving a magic atmosphere to the place.
According to the artist Field of Light is the embodiment of the connection to the energy, heat and brightness of the desert landscape that he felt during his first journey to Uluru in 1992.
